In a pivotal move in 2020, Fatma was handpicked to join the UAE 2071 National Team at the Prime Minister's Office. Alongside 19 other individuals from both private and public sectors, she contributed her expertise to shape the long-term strategy of the UAE government. Her focus spanned crucial areas such as the digital economy, tourism, manufacturing, public safety, and security.

The council, comprising nine members from PwC's talented youth across different lines of services, plays a vital role in supporting the UAE's national agenda and fostering the development of youth criteria.
