On May 3, 2023 (the “Date of Bankruptcy”), 1390748 B.C. Ltd (the “Company”) was assigned into bankruptcy for the general benefit of creditors pursuant to the provisions of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act (“BIA”) and PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc., LIT (“PwC”) was appointed as Licensed Insolvency Trustee, of the estates of 1390748 B.C. Ltd (the “Trustee”).
Pursuant to the provisions of the BIA, on May 3, 2023 a notice of the bankruptcy and the first meeting of creditors with the statement of affairs and the proof of claim and proxy forms (the “Notice”) was sent by the Trustee to all known creditors of the Company. The Notice is available at the bottom of this page.
The first virtual meeting of creditors (the “Meeting”) of the bankrupt will be held on May 15, 2023, at 2:00 pm (EST), via Google Meet. To join the Meeting please follow a link below:
