Status of File as of June 8, 2026

The Receiver has applied for approval of receiver's fees and disbursements and approval of receiver's activities and discharge of receiver. Hearing to take place June 19, 2026 at 2:30 pm. The relevant application and Receiver's Report are attached to this website.

Status of File as of November 10, 2017

On November 10, 2017 PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc. LIT was appointed Receiver of Ital Steel Inc. pursuant to an Order of the Court of Queen's Bench of Alberta, Calgary Judicial Centre.  A copy of this Order may be accessed on this website.
