Status of file as of July 15, 2025

On July 15, 2025, the Court approved the following in relation to the Receivership June 30, 2025 application (the "Server Order"). A copy of the Order can be found under the Court Orders tab.

Status of file as of June 30, 2025

A hearing has been scheduled for July 15, 2025 to hear the application filed by the Receiver on June 30, 2025, seeking approval on the following matters:

1. Requesting the delivery of a server left at the abandoned office of the Receivership Entities to the Receiver; and
2. Authorizing the Receiver to appoint a Data Custodian to follow an agreed upon process to remove privileged emails prior to providing access to the Receiver.

The Receiver has posted its First Report to Court (Found under Receiver’s Reports tab), which speaks to the approvals that the Receiver is requesting from Court, alongside an update on activities since the file began.

Status of file as of May 8, 2025

A Receiver Order has been granted appointed PwC Inc. the Receiver of the following entities (collectively, the "Receivership Entities"). A copy of the Receivership Order can be found under the Court Orders tab. Relevant motion materials can be found under Court Order tab.
