Frédéric Lepage

Frédéric is a partner based in Montreal with over 27 years of public practice experience – 14+ as a partner. He has extensive experience serving clients publicly listed on US and Canadian stock exchanges.
Over the years, he has and continues to serve a number of multi-national companies with regulatory and internal control reporting requirements such as reporting on internal controls under the Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX). Frédéric also spent 3 years at our PwC New York office from 2004 to 2007.
As an engagement leader, Fred has a proven ability to work in close collaboration with senior management to address complex matters in a proactive, calm and pragmatic way.
His vast experience with international clients helps him draw on the right resources, at the right time and to mobilize the right teams to support clients with their challenges and opportunities.
Frédéric graduated with a BBA and a specialized graduate degree in public accountancy from HEC Montréal. He obtained his Chartered Accountant designation in 2001 and his Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation in 2002.
