Based in Toronto, Chris leads PwC Canada's Industrials & Defence practice, advising the CEOs and leadership teams of the country's industrial, automotive, aerospace and defence companies on strategy, business model innovation, AI transformation, supply chain resilience, and value creation through M&A.

He is particularly focused on Canada's defence industrial base, where he helps companies align their capabilities to the needs of the Canadian Armed Forces, build domestic and sovereign capacity, and position to compete in both domestic and allied markets. As these sectors navigate profound change, Chris helps clients turn disruption into a source of growth and lasting competitiveness.

Chris pairs deep strategy experience with a pragmatic, outcome focused approach, working shoulder to shoulder with senior leaders to translate complex challenges into clear strategies and help teams execute the decisions that shape a company's future.

Chris is also an active voice in Canada's industrial community. He contributes to industry dialogue through organizations including the Canadian Chamber of Commerce, the APMA and OVIN, and serves on the Board of Directors of the Ontario Centre of Innovation, all aimed at advancing the conversation on competitiveness, innovation, advanced manufacturing, and Canada's industrial future.
