The firm’s Learning and Development department provides a system of constant professional and personal development for employees, which covers four primary areas:

Note that the learning and development programme is offered to firm specialists, taking into account their position and individual qualities.

Every employee has the opportunity to attend both internal training in the office, and external training if necessary.
