Sightline revolutionises PwC service delivery by managing content and deliverables digitally, enabling you with a central location for client collaboration. Manage engagements, share data, exchange documents and monitor the progress of deliverables all in one place with our core applications:​​​​​​​

  • Documents: A centralised and secure hub for all documents exchanged throughout an engagement. 
  • Requests: Avoid email and standardise data collection by requesting and receiving information in one place. 
  • Tracker: Stay on top of deliverables with this light-touch project management tool that allows your teams to see activities, dates, responsibilities, and status.
  • Reports: Save time by accessing real-time data analysis with automated reports.

How to access EC

You will receive two separate emails from PwC ( confirming your user name (your company email address) and a temporary password. 

If you have used PwC technologies in our previous projects, please access EC with your existing login details. 

To Log into Engagement Center 

  1. Navigate to or 
    If possible, open EC preferably via Google Chrome. 
  2. Enter your username and click Log In
  3. On the next screen enter your Password and click Log In

Forgotten password

If you forget your password, click the Forgot Your Password link on the password screen. You will be prompted to enter your email. Follow the steps in the Account Assistance email received from

Security and Terms of use

The first time you log into EC you will be asked to create a new password and you will be presented with PwC’s terms and conditions of use, which must be accepted in order to use the system.

Federated security

Where your organization has federated security enabled with PwC (single sign on), after navigating to the Engagement Center platform you will return to your own authentication system to enter your organization credentials including username and password. After entering this information you should be automatically redirected back to the Engagement Center platform.
