Main principles that were presented in the first training module will be put up to the test and will be applied to daily challenges and life situations. Theory by itself brings no benefit without the constant will and effort in putting it to practice, therefore the main focus of this training is related to the implementation of theories into daily life in order to reduce and eventually eliminate stress, before it causes any unwanted effects in your life.
