Stress seems to be an unavoidable fact of life in our modern society. Constant stress can lead to feeling exhausted, feeble, pessimistic and even depressed. Chronic stress is now directly correlated to producing negative physical health. The signs of stress are visible quite early- if you know how to recognise them. The negative impacts on the individual are obvious, both on a personal and a professional scale. In this context, it is interesting to see how an uninterrupted tradition of knowledge that is more than 1500 years old and has been transmitted for generations from Shaolin Masters to their students, can improve an effective means for coping with pressure and stress.

Second day is dedicated to Self Awareness. 
Many employees, professionals, and managers face pressures that can lead to stress and can cause health problems in the long term. Quality of life and health can be influenced and is achieved through your own attitude towards the perception of life itself. Main principles that were presented in the first training module will be put up to the test and will be applied to daily challenges and life situations. Theory by itself brings no benefit without the constant will and effort in putting it to practice, therefore the main focus of this training is related to the implementation of theories into daily life in order to reduce and eventually eliminate stress, before it causes any unwanted effects in your life.

Day 1

After completing the first day you will: 

  • Describe their sources and causes of stress;
  • Re-define their strategies for responding to stress;
  • Stress from a Buddhist point of view;
  • Learning to cope with the inevitable;
  • Stress prevention;
  • Step back from crisis management and see the bigger picture;
  • Distinguish between what they can influence and what they cannot;
  • Your personal and individual way of dealing with stress.
  • Work on an individual action plan to reduce the negative impact of stress on their life and their families.

Day 2 

After completing the second day you will:

  • distinguish between what you can influence and what you cannot; 
  • identify situations which can generate conflicts and use different strategies to solve conflicts.
  • The concept of grounding related to daily life and it’s applicability
  • The influence of mind, calmness and clarity and it’s effect on psychological and physiological health
