Inclusion and diversity

To solve important problems we need to be inclusive of our diverse talent and use the power of our differences to achieve our goals.

At PwC Canada, we are committed to fostering a culture that allows our people to show up authentically, feel equitably supported in their careers and ensure they genuinely belong at PwC. Diverse and inclusive teams are innovative because each member has a distinct point of view and can bring a broad range of ideas to the table. Building trust in society and solving important problems is only possible if PwC Canada reflects the mosaic of the society we live in.

“To me, it’s critically important to create a sense of community, an inclusive environment where everyone can bring their full, authentic selves to work, bring all their ideas and unique perspectives without limitation. That sense of community is really powerful: it makes people feel they belong and empowers them to contribute to their fullest potential.”

“Inclusion and Diversity is at the core of our brand at PwC. This means that we care about authenticity and importantly that you feel able to bring yourself to work. Everything that we in I&D at PwC do is centered on creating a healthy workplace environment where you can grow being who you are.”
