Independent Review Board Report

In accordance with the Independent Review Board (the “IRB”) terms of reference, a copy of the final report from the IRB is meant to be published on the website established by the Receiver. 

The IRB was established to conduct an independent review of the June 24, 2024 heap leach failure at the Eagle Gold Mine. Please view the bottom of this page for a copy of the final IRB report containing its findings, a copy of the IRB report's appendices, and the IRB’s Terms of Reference.
