All terms not defined on this page have the meanings ascribed to them in the Proposal.
On November 25, 2025 (the “Final Distribution Date”), in accordance with Part 17 of the Proposal, the Proposal Trustee completed the FINAL dividends distribution (the “Final Distribution”) to Unsecured Creditors holding Proven Claims of $1,000 or more. If you are an Unsecured Creditor with a Proven Claim of $1,000 or more, and you have not received a cheque in the mail within 2 weeks of the Final Distribution Date, please email the Proposal Trustee at ca_maritimefuels@pwc.com.
If you are a former employee of Maritime Fuels Limited and hold a Proven Claim in the Proposal, please note that the Proposal Trustee is currently verifying with Service Canada the status of any WEPP or EI payments previously made to you. A final dividend cheque will be issued to you once Service Canada confirms that it has no claims against the Final Distribution payable to you.
