On December 5, 2025, the Superior Court of Québec issued an order approving, among other things, the sale of the property located at 12774 Gouin Boulevard West, Montréal, Québec, the distribution of the net sale proceeds, and the discharge of the receiver upon issuance of the Receiver’s Certificate.

Status of file as of May 29, 2025

On May 27, 2025, at the request of the secured creditor Laurentian Bank of Canada, PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc., Licensed Insolvency Trustee, became receiver of the building located at 12774 Gouin Boulevard West, Montreal, Quebec, belonging to Gestion Elna Pierrefonds Inc., following an order of the Superior Court of Quebec.
