Status of File as of September 26, 2025

On September 23, 2025, Corsa Coal Corp. (“Corsa” or the “Company”) filed (or was deemed to have filed) an assignment into bankruptcy for the general benefits of creditors pursuant to the provisions of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act (Canada), and the undersigned, PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc., LIT, was appointed as licensed insolvency trustee (the “Trustee”) of the estate of the bankrupt by the official receiver (or the Court), subject to affirmation by the creditors of the Trustee's appointment or substitution of another trustee by the creditors.

The first meeting of creditors of the Company (the “Meeting”) will be held virtually, on October 9, 2025 10:00 a.m. (Toronto time). A link to the Meeting is provided below:

To join the Meeting, a creditor must lodge with the Trustee a Proof of Claim and a Proxy form (where applicable). Completed Proofs of Claim and Proxy forms should be emailed to ca_corsa@pwc.com.

On September 26, 2025, in accordance with the provisions of the BIA, a Notice of Bankruptcy, including the statement of affairs, the list of creditors, the Proof of Claim and the Proxy forms (the “Notice of Bankruptcy”) was sent to all known creditors of the Company.
