Sales and Investment Solicitation Process

On September 2, 2025, the Court issued an order (the “SISP Approval Order”) which, among other things, approved the Sale and Investment Solicitation Process (“SISP”) and authorized the Companies and the Monitor to implement the SISP in accordance with the Schedule “A” attached to the SISP Approval Order.
A copy of the SISP Approval Order and SISP are posted at the bottom of this page.
The following table sets out the key milestones under the SISP, subject to amendment by
the Monitor and the Companies, pursuant to and in accordance with the SISP:
