Please be advised that on June 9, 2025, the Monitor issued a Wage Earner Protection Program notice (the “WEPP Notice”) by regular mail to all eligible former employees of Accuride Canada Inc. If you do not receive the notice within the coming weeks, please contact the Monitor by email at natalia.chtcherbakova@pwc.com.
Eligible employees must complete and return the Proof of Claim form enclosed with the WEPP Notice to the Monitor as soon as possible, in addition to submitting their application to Service Canada. This is essential to ensure that Service Canada processes employees WEPP claims and payments without delay.
Please note that the deadline for the employees to apply to Service Canada is August 29, 2025. Should there be a Canada Post service disruption, the Monitor will ensure that the application deadline is extended further to accommodate the application process accordingly.

The Monitor has sought and obtained the Extension to issue the Notice by May 24, 2025.
Currently, the Monitor, the Company's and the Union's legal counsels are in the process of review of certain information pertaining to the employees records. Once the review is complete the Monitor will be issuing the Notices. No date for the Notice may be provided at this time.

On January 27, 2025, the Court issued the Expanded Powers, WEPPA and Stay Extension Order which, among other things, declared that effective February 14, 2025, Accuride Canada Inc. (the “Company”) met the criteria of eligibility under the Wage Earner Protection Program Act (“WEPPA”).
PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc., LIT, in its capacity as Monitor of the Company is currently in the process of collecting and verifying the employees’ information as required under the WEPPA. The Monitor intends to apply for an extension of time (the “Extension”) to comply with the duties prescribed by the WEPPA to notify the eligible employees of application of the WEPPA (the “Notice”). The Notice will also contain the information necessary for employees to make a claim to Service Canada for amounts owed to them by the Company.
Once the Extension is granted, employees will have 56 days to make their claims to Service Canada.
