Yasser Syed

Yasser Syed is a Partner with more than 20 years of experience advising clients in the Telecommunications, Transportation, and Utilities sectors. He specializes in technology-enabled business transformation, helping organizations generate value from digital infrastructure, harnessing AI for operational efficiency, and managing critical infrastructure resiliency and cybersecurity.

A trusted advisor to C-suite and senior executives, Yasser had led large, cross-functional transformation programs that bridge corporate strategy, digital transformation, and operations. His expertise spans emerging areas, including enterprise B2B solutions underpinned by AI, IoT and connectivity, AI-powered operations, core systems modernization, network resiliency, and cybersecurity.

Yasser holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation and has a Bachelor of Applied Science in Industrial Engineering from the University of Toronto. 

Prior to PwC, Yasser was a Director of Corporate Strategy at Celestica, shaping multi-year strategic plans, and Director of Technology Strategy at TELUS where he led network transformation initiatives. He has also contributed to national industry studies on the wireless market.
