As a PwC Deals partner within Forensic Services practice, William has over 20 years of experience assisting clients with electronic evidence management across North America. His firm, Platinum Legal Group, was acquired by PwC Canada in March 2015 and together offers the full complement of Forensic Technology Services that spans eDiscovery, data recovery, analysis of electronic data, and traditional litigation support scanning and coding.
William's experience is grounded from the years he spent as a litigation support manager at a national law firm, where he witnessed and participated in the evolution of the litigation support industry in Canada. He has expertise in training and supporting progressive litigation support teams relying on technologies and workflows through the e-discovery and computer forensics process. He has overseen extremely complex litigation projects and been retained to assist with electronic evidence review projects with legal teams exceeding 500+ lawyers, attorneys, law clerks, and paralegals.
William is currently a member of many legal and eDiscovery related organizations that include but not limited to: Association of litigation Support Professionals, Association of Certified eDiscovery Specialists, Organization of Legal Professionals, ARMA, Sedona Canada WorkGroup7.
