Tamara Jones is a partner in PwC’s Assurance practice working in the Toronto office.

With over a decade of client service experience with PwC, Tamara has worked with a wide range of public and private companies. Tamara’s client experience in the financial services sector includes banks, bank branches, credit unions, asset managers, leasing and financing companies, pensions, property and casualty insurers, life and health insurers and reinsurance companies. She has also worked closely to help her clients meet various complex regulatory requirements.

Tamara was previously seconded as a senior manager to the PwC Canada Chairman’s Office where she worked with the Executive team on strategic initiatives, risk assessments and business planning.  Tamara also completed a secondment to PwC Australia where she audited banking and capital markets clients reporting under IFRS.

Tamara is actively engaged in her community, having recently served on the Board of Directors and as Audit & Finance Committee Chair of Girl Guides of Canada – Guides du Canada, as a Board member and Treasurer of the Aphasia Institute and as a member of the Family Programming Committee at the Donalda Club. She also continues to be a mentor through the Queen’s Women in Leadership committee.

Tamara lives in Toronto with her husband and two children.
