Shali Virdi

Shali Virdi is a Partner in PwC Canada’s Workforce Transformation practice, with over 15 years of experience leading large-scale workforce transformation initiatives across the Energy, Utilities, and Mining sectors. Her expertise spans Change Management, Organizational Design, Training & Development, and Performance Management, helping clients navigate complex transformations and build future-ready workforces.

Shali has partnered with executive leadership teams to drive strategic change, optimize workforce capabilities, and align talent strategies with evolving business models. She has led programs focused on digital enablement, operational efficiency, and cultural transformation, ensuring that people and processes are equipped to deliver sustainable results.

Her approach combines deep industry insight with a pragmatic understanding of human capital challenges in asset-intensive environments. Shali has also overseen end-to-end digital transformations, supporting workforce upskilling and capability building.

Outside of work, Shali is a proud mother to a toddler, which brings a unique perspective to her leadership style and her passion for building inclusive, flexible workplaces that support working parents and caregivers.
