Ryan Hoday

Ryan is a partner in the Canadian International Tax Services practice in the Toronto office with over twelve years of experience working with PwC clients.
Ryan specializes in the taxation of Canadian public companies and privately held Canadian subsidiaries of U.S. and other foreign multinational taxpayers, primarily in the retail, technology and manufacturing sectors. In addition to ongoing Canadian tax compliance, he advises taxpayers on cross-border transactions and financing, treaty interpretation, and corporate reorganizations.
Ryan graduated with honours from the University of Waterloo with a Bachelor of Mathematics. He also obtained a Masters in Accounting. Ryan qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2012 and has completed Parts I, II and III of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants’ Tax In-depth program.
