Yayi Ding is a U.S. Immigration Attorney and Senior Associate at PwC Law LLP in the Vancouver office.
Yayi advises and assists on a broad range of business immigration matters, including helping individuals and companies of all sizes to facilitate entry into the U.S. under various immigrant and non-immigrant classifications. He has knowledge and experience successfully obtaining visas based on employment, investment, and entrepreneurship, among others.
Yayi received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Toronto and his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Washington, School of Law. He is admitted to the Washington State Bar Association and is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA). He is fluent in both English and Mandarin Chinese.
