Yas Anvari

Yas (Yasaman) Anvari is a dual qualified US and Canadian lawyer practising US business Immigration law at PwC Law LLP, working out of the Toronto office. As a Senior Associate, she provides legal assistance and strategic advice to multinational companies and their employees as well as to individual clients.
Before joining PwC, Yas worked in a boutique law firm in downtown Toronto and an IP law firm in Northern California. During her studies in the US, Yas completed her externship with Federal Court, Northern District of California.
Yas received her LLB from Shahid Beheshti University in Tehran, Iran, and her JD from University of California Hastings College of the Law in San Francisco. She later obtained her LLM from University of Toronto in 2020.
Yas is licensed to practice law in the State of New York. She is a Barrister and Solicitor. She is fluent in Farsi/Persian.
