Yang Yang

Yang Yang is a U.S. Immigration Attorney and Senior Associate at PwC Law LLP working out of the Toronto office.

Prior to joining the firm, Yang was a law clerk at a general practice law firm in Toronto where he gained valuable experience in a variety of legal areas ranging from family law to real estate matters. Yang has clerked for a boutique immigration law firm in U.S. where he drafted filings on EB-1, H-1B, E-2 and prepared PERM labor certifications.

Yang concentrates his practice at PwC Law on preparing immigrant (EB1 and EB2) and non-immigrant (B, E, H, J, L, O, TN) visa applications, PERM applications, and I-140 applications. 

Yang received his J.D. in 2016 from the Ohio State University Moritz College of Law, and his B.A. in 2013 from Sun Yat-sen University in China. He is licensed to practice in the State of New York. Yang speaks English, Mandarin Chinese and Cantonese Chinese.
