Paras Kadakia is a Manager and U.S. Attorney at PwC Law LLP, working out of the Toronto office.
Paras focuses solely on U.S. business immigration and nationality law. He advises corporate clients in several industries on immigration processes, strategies, and Compliance.
Prior to joining PwC Law LLP, Paras spent over four years at Toronto-based immigration law firms, where he most recently worked as a Manager, Associate Attorney. He focused on both US immigrant and non-immigrant matters.
Paras received his Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Finance from the University of Waterloo and his Juris Doctorate from New England Law | Boston. He is admitted to both the New York State Bar and the Law Society of Ontario. He also holds a Foreign Trained Legal Consultant license with the Law Society of Ontario. He is a member of the New York State Bar Association and the American Immigration Lawyers Association.
