Oliver Liu

Oliver Liu is a US attorney in the Immigration Practice at PwC Law LLP working out of the Toronto office.

Oliver has extensive knowledge and experience handling various US business immigration matters. He specializes in both employment-based nonimmigrant matters related to L-1, H-1B, E-3, H-1B1 and TN visas and employment-based immigrant matters such as PERM, EB-1, EB-2/3 and I-485 petition and applications.

Prior to practicing immigration law, Oliver worked as an auditor for a mid-size accounting firm and practiced tax law after graduating from law school. He graduated cum laude from University of Toronto with a Bachelor of Commerce degree and obtained a Juris Doctor Degree from Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law in Chicago. Oliver was admitted to the Illinois state bar in 2015 and is also a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA).
