Senior Associate, Lawyer, PwC Law LLP

Lisa Min is an Associate Lawyer in the Immigration Practice at PwC Law LLP working out of the Toronto office.

Lisa provides strategic guidance and assistance to multinational companies and their employees as well as to individual clients in relation to their Canadian inbound immigration needs, compliance requirements, and inadmissibility issues including eligibility for a temporary resident permit and criminal rehabilitation. She has assisted clients with applications for work authorization and employer compliance inspections under the Temporary Foreign Worker Program and International Mobility Program, with a focus on Labour Market Impact Assessments, Intra-Company Transferees, NAFTA professionals, and business visitors. She also has extensive experience in family-based immigration cases, including applications for permanent residence, spousal sponsorship, and applications based on Humanitarian and Compassionate considerations. 

Lisa has represented individuals and organizations from various industries, including information technology, engineering, manufacturing, banking and financial services, insurance, and management consulting. 

Prior to joining PwC Law LLP, Lisa worked as an Associate at a global corporate immigration firm and leading boutique immigration firm servicing a diverse clientele.

Lisa is a graduate of Western University (Hon. BHSc) and received her Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from Osgoode Hall Law School. She was called to the bar of Ontario in 2013 and is a member in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario. She is also a member of the Canadian Bar Association and the Ontario Bar Association. Lisa speaks English, Japanese, and Mandarin Chinese.
