Leanne is a corporate law clerk in PwC Law’s Halifax office. Leanne has more than 20 years experience at large and small law firms in Nova Scotia. She assists clients with international business reorganizations, incorporations, amendments, continuances, dissolutions, amalgamations, reorganizations of share capital, and due diligence.
Leanne also has extensive experience with corporate services matters including annual resolutions, extra-provincial registrations, business name and limited partnership registrations, and related renewals and general corporate maintenance.
