Carolina is a corporate paralegal in PwC Law’s Calgary office. Prior to joining PwC Law, Carolina gained experience working in a Canadian law firm, providing support to clients in relation to corporate and tax law transactions. She also acted as an in-house paralegal for a multinational Canadian utilities company for five years. She is a commissioner of oaths in Alberta.

Presently, Carolina provides paralegal services for the Global Entity Governance Compliance Network in Canada and assists internal clients within the PWC network and external clients with various corporate law matters.
