Carolina joined PwC Law as a Corporate Paralegal on the Entity Governance and Compliance team in 2019. Carolina has a Diploma in Professional Legal Assistant studies from Bow Valley College, is qualified in levels one and two of the Corporate Registry and Personal Property Registry and is also a Commissioner for Oaths in and for Alberta.
Prior to joining PwC Law LLP, Carolina gained experience working in a Canadian law firm, providing support to clients in relation to corporate and tax law transactions. Furthermore, Carolina acted as an in house paralegal for a multinational Canadian utilities company for five years.
Carolina has experience in drafting resolutions and statutory forms for routine subsidiary projects, such as annual maintenance, and also ad hoc corporate changes, for example, changes in director and officer as well as alteration to company share capital.
