Carly Ross

Carly Ross is a US Attorney in the Immigration Practice at PwC Law LLP located in our Toronto office.

Carly practices exclusively in the area of US immigration law, specializing in providing counsel to a wide range of clients, from large corporations to individuals, on US corporate immigration matters. More specifically, she provides and manages the provision of legal services for temporary and permanent immigration matters, including B, E, H, J, L, O, TN, PERM, immigrant petitions, cross-border issues and consular processing.

In addition, Carly has experience managing and proposing strategy with respect to immigration programs and compliance matters as well as recommending service delivery improvements. She has worked with clients across multiple industries, including consumer business, healthcare, technology, engineering, and oil and gas.

Carly obtained her JD from California Western School of Law and her BA from the University of Ontario Institute of Technology. She is admitted to the State Bar of California and the Law Society of Ontario. She is a Foreign Legal Consultant in Ontario and a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association.
