Ashley Poonia is a U.S. Immigration Attorney and Senior Associate at PwC Law LLP, working out of the Toronto office.
Ashley has extensive knowledge and experience handling a variety of US business immigration matters. She specializes in both employment-based nonimmigrant matters (E-3, H-1B, H-1B1, L-1, and TN visas) and employment-based immigrant matters (PERM, EB-1, EB 2/3, and I-485 applications and petitions).
Prior to joining PwC Law LLP, Ashley worked for a reputable law firm advising Fortune 500 companies on their US business immigration matters for individual temporary workers and workers seeking permanent residence.
Ashley received her Bachelor's degree from the University of Windsor and her Juris Doctor from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law in Detroit, Michigan. She is admitted to the State Bar of Michigan and is also a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) and its Canada Chapter.
