Oksana Horsman

Oksana is PwC Canada’s Private Equity & Principal Investors Leader, serving private equity firms and pension funds by helping them identify investment opportunities, create value within their portfolio companies and execute successful transactions.

Throughout her 20-year career in Canada and the UK, Oksana has advised private equity, pension fund and corporate clients on complex multi-jurisdictional transactions and growth opportunities across a wide range of industries. She is passionate about bringing the right capabilities and sector expertise to help clients navigate their most significant and strategic business decisions and challenges.

She is also an experienced M&A practitioner specializing in purchase price structures, price mechanisms (closing accounts and locked box), post-closing adjustments and disputes.
