Oksana leads the PwC National Contracts & Closing Mechanisms (CCM) practice. Oksana has advised private equity and corporate clients on complex multi-jurisdictional acquisitions and disposals across a wide range of industries.
Oksana is an experienced M&A practitioner specializing in purchase price structures, price mechanisms (closing accounts and locked box), post-closing adjustments and disputes. Oksana has advised on hundreds of deals in Canada, the US, Europe and other global jurisdictions. She can offer practical, tailored and commercial advice on the financial and pricing aspects of sale and purchase agreements as well as any post-closing price resolutions.
Oksana spent 10 years in London, England where she worked in Audit, Transaction Services and the CCM practice. Oksana is a Canadian Chartered Professional Accountant (Chartered Accountant) and has a Bachelor of Commerce degree (with honours) from the Sauder School of Business at UBC.
