Morag Cooper is a partner in the Vancouver Deals team, specializing in Corporate Advisory and Restructuring. Her experience covers advisory support during early stage stress through to more formal insolvency appointments such as Monitor, Receiver or Trustee.
Morag has over 15 years’ experience working on large complex restructuring mandates both in the UK and Canada.

Managing the stabilization of underperforming businesses
Supporting the implementation of negotiated turnaround plans with companies and their creditors
Providing independent business reviews, viability assessments and strategic options reports.
Formulating creditor realization strategies including accelerated sale processes
