Mark Walters

Mark Walters is a Tax Services partner in the Waterloo office of PwC. He has over 30 years of experience in providing tax services to a variety of public and privately held companies. He has assisted with various issues from estate and succession planning, mergers and acquisitions, cross-border expansion and corporate and personal tax reduction strategies.
Mark works with clients in a variety of industries including manufacturing and processing, engineering and construction, transportation and technology.
Mark started his career in the Hamilton office and transferred to the Winnipeg office in 1997. He returned to Ontario in 2000 and worked in the Mississauga office until transferring to the Waterloo office in 2007.
Mark obtained his Bachelor of Mathematics at The University of Waterloo in 1986 and qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1987.
He has presented a paper for the Canadian Tax Foundation at the Prairie Provinces Tax Conference and has tutored in-residence training for the CICA Indepth Tax Program.
