Libarid is a tax partner with PwC Canada based in Montreal, Quebec. He has more than 27 years of experience in public practice and has provided tax services to a variety of technology, forestry and pharmaceutical companies.
Libarid actively participates in client acquisitions, refinancing, restructurings and personal tax planning. He also represents clients in negotiations with taxation authorities.
He has lectured on income taxes for the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants (CICA) and McGill’s University’s Graduate for Diploma in Public Accountancy. He has also presented to the Tax Executives Institute (TEI).
