Kristine Doherty

Kristine specializes in the mining sector with a focus on providing assurance and accounting advisory services to clients across all phases of the mining industry – ranging from exploration through to large-scale production. She has experience dealing with complex transactions, including alternative financing arrangements, mergers & acquisitions, and capital markets transactions.

Kristine led the Toronto mining team's audit transformation initiative, supporting partners and staff on their personal digital upskilling journeys and ensuring that the technology-enabled, people-powered audit approach is embedded in all that they do. She is also a graduate of PwC's Women in Leadership development program, worked internationally during a secondment to PwC Australia and has authored PwC's global mining industry publication (Mine).
