Kashif is a partner in the U.S. corporate tax group in Toronto for PwC in Canada. He has over 25 years of experience specializing in providing services to clients, both Canadian and international, on investing in the United States.

Kashif has extensive experience in dealing with acquisitions and divestitures, structured financing, cash repatriation strategies and in assisting in tax minimization strategies for companies invested in the U.S. In addition, he has been responsible for managing the U.S. federal and state tax compliance for a wide range of organizations. Kashif also has experience in tax accounting and assisting companies in managing their effective tax rate.

Kashif has worked with a variety of industries including retail, manufacturing, media and entertainment, real estate, engineering, and technology.

Kashif has a Bachelor of Commence and a Graduate Diploma in Accounting from Concordia University. He is a licenced CA-CPA in Ontario and also has a CPA licence from the State of Vermont.
