Justin is a Consulting & Deals Partner at PwC Canada with a specialized focus in the areas of digital customer experience and front office transformation.
Throughout his career he has led complex transformational programs which drive increased business performance through technology based innovation. His experience spans strategy, through to value realization with large, highly visible programs and initiatives. He is an active delivery leader; ensuring teams exceed client value and experience.
Prior to re-joining PwC, he was a Partner with IBM Canada and the Global Business Services Lead Partner for Manulife Financial. In this role he led a team of Practitioners and delivered engagements spanning Application Management, Technology Consulting, Management Consulting and complex system integration.
He holds a post-graduate degree in Geographic Information Systems from McMaster University.
