Jasen Kwong

Jasen Kwong is a Tax Services partner working in the Vancouver office of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP. He specializes in providing tax advice to Canadian and non-resident private and public companies in an extensive range of industries, including real estate, leisure and gaming. Jasen is experienced in structuring public offerings and planning tax-efficient mergers, acquisitions and divestitures.

Jasen earned a BCom degree in Accounting from the University of British Columbia in 1992, and completed Part III of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants In-depth Tax Course in 1999. He obtained his CA designation and joined PwC’s Vancouver office in 1999.
