Gianni Gentile-Patti

In his current role, Gianni leads IT Infrastructure Managed Services, helping clients outsource complexity across cloud, hybrid, and edge environments while improving resilience and performance through standardized operations and AI-led automation. His focus is on helping clients pursue practical outcomes such as more predictable operating costs, improved service responsiveness, scalable support as demand changes, and improved operational governance and controls—so internal teams can stay focused on higher-value priorities.

Gianni also works closely with Application Evolution Services (AES) teams to align infrastructure operations with application “run + evolve” needs across platforms such as SAP, Oracle Cloud, and Salesforce—supporting release readiness, operational stability, and continuous improvement while expanding our Technology Managed Services offering.

Gianni’s track record spans more than three decades in Managed Services and Consulting, with deep expertise in both IT Infrastructure and Application Managed Services. He has supported organizations across financial, insurance, healthcare, industrial manufacturing, aviation, travel, retail, and public sectors, guiding them through complex modernization initiatives and long term operational transformation.

His experience includes designing and managing large scale service delivery models, implementing automation and AI driven solutions, and leading change management programs that improve stability, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Gianni is recognized for his focus on delivery excellence, continuous improvement, and the ability to scale services in a way that strengthens performance and accelerates business outcomes.

Throughout his career, Gianni has consistently focused on driving efficiency and innovation. He has delivered automation solutions using a variety of technologies and artificial intelligence capabilities, enabling clients to streamline operations and improve service quality.
