Eoin is an M&A Tax Partner in the Toronto office of PwC.  His practice includes advising on the Canadian and international tax aspects of buy & sell side transaction and generally all forms of corporate structure related reorganizations.  

His clients span several industries from financial services to mining to technology and include Canadian and international public companies and Canadian and non-Canadian private companies and funds. 

Eoin has been providing transaction tax advice for over 25 years and routinely works on international M&A transactions with members of the PwC world-wide firms.  These assignments involve teaming with multi-disciplinary and multi-jurisdictional teams to provide comprehensive deal related tax advisory services. Clients include world-wide private equity funds, sovereign funds, and public and private multi-national companies.
