With over 30 years of experience, she has worked with clients undertaking large-scale transformation. Ellen works with executive teams to tackle significant organizational and transformation challenges and supports them in effectively leading transformation and achieving business results. She has a proven track record helping her clients to achieve their business goals.
Ellen leads PwC Canada's Management Consulting team and focuses on client challenges ranging from rethinking the customer experience, to the adoption of digital or transition to the cloud, to transforming HR, procurement and finance, delivering deal value and managing risk and results. Ellen places an equal emphasis on the people side of the equation to ensure client service and employee engagement are drivers in achieving sustainable results.
Ellen is a member of the Information Technology Association of Canada (ITAC) Executive based out of Ottawa and co-chair of the CIO Working Group. She sits on the Information and Communications Technology Council( ICTC) National Task Force focused on building a strategy to strengthen Diversity for digital skills. Ellen is a member of the Human Resources Professional Association of Ontario (HRPAO) and a champion for Diversity and Inclusion at PwC. She is a Certified Management Consultant (CMC) and a Change Management Practitioner CMP (Prosci).
Ellen graduated from Carleton University in 1986 with a Bachelor of Arts (Highest Honours) in Psychology. She is a member of PwC's Canadian Partnership Board.
Ellen is a passionate supporter of the Ottawa Food Bank, an avid runner, kayaker and skier and is active in her community with a focus on raising funds for causes including cancer and MS
