Diane Kazarian

Managing Partner, Greater Toronto Area, PwC Canada

Diane Kazarian is the Managing Partner for the Greater Toronto area and is a member of the firm’s Extended Leadership Team at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP (PwC).

Formerly, from 2012-2018, Diane served as the National Financial Services Leader and in this role was responsible for the banking and capital markets, asset management, insurance, real estate and private equity sectors across all lines of business (audit, tax and advisory).

Diane continues as the National Banking and Capital Markets Leader and is PwC’s Global Financial Services Brand Leader.

With over 30 years of experience in the financial services industry, Diane specializes in the banking sector in the development and monitoring of legal and reputational risk policies, procedures and processes, regulatory compliance and credit risk management processes. She has extensive experience of IFRS, US GAAP and SEC rules and regulations.

In 2013, she was a recipient of the Women's Executive Network’s (WXN) Canada's Most Powerful Women: Top 100 Awards.

Diane has a BSc (Business Administration) from Bryant University in Smithfield, Rhode Island (Summa Cum Laude). She is a CA and CPA, and is fluent in Armenian. Diane sits on the Board of Bryant University and Kingsway College School.

Diane speaks at a variety of client events, and teaches courses aimed at the directors' community at the Rotman School of Management and frequently interacts with the press on emerging issues in financial services.
