Dean Larocque

Dean Larocque is a partner in the Audit and Assurance Group of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP working in the Vancouver office. He is a member of the firm’s BC mining and energy group. He practices in assurance services with a special emphasis on public companies registered on stock exchanges in Canada and the US.
Previously, Dean was a partner with Staley, Okada & Partners (SO&P). There, he was active in the mining practice and was SO&P’s standards partner. He joined PwC in 2006 when the two firms combined services.
Dean qualified as a CA in 1996. In 2002, he obtained a CPA designation (Oregon). He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of BC’s advisory forum to the province’s securities commission. Dean also has an interest in personal financial planning and obtained his Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation in 1999.
