Cindy specializes in advising real estate organizations on Canadian corporate income tax matters, including domestic and cross-border investment structures, corporate reorganizations, partnership/joint venture arrangements, and shareholder planning. Her client base spans across a wide range of organizations, including domestic and foreign investment funds, public real estate investment trusts (REITs), pension funds, and private companies.
