Chris Dulny is a Partner at PwC Canada. He led PwC Canada’s AI and digital transformation agenda—advancing the firm’s technology strategy, strengthening technology alliances, scaling managed services, and building the capabilities and culture required to make AI real across the organization.

Chris focuses on helping leadership teams move from AI experimentation to measurable outcomes: better client experiences, data- and AI-enabled workflows, a more empowered workforce, and stronger operational performance—while staying anchored in governance, risk, and responsible adoption.

Over more than two decades, Chris has advised Canadian and multinational organizations across industries, with deep experience in the technology sector. Prior to his current role, he served as PwC Canada’s National Technology Sector Leader, working closely with startups and emerging technology companies and the broader innovation ecosystem.
