Calle Johnson is a Partner and Managing Director with PricewaterhouseCoopers Corporate Finance Inc. offering investment banking advice to private companies. She is focused on advising business owners and shareholders as they address the complexities of doing Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A), divestitures, financings and other capital transactions.

Calle has demonstrated a strong ability to work with clients, understand their strategic objectives and guide them to a successful result.  She is an accomplished negotiator and has significant experience in advising clients on the unique considerations and structures of buying or selling a company.

Calle has been with PwC for over 20 years, and has experience working in Canada and London, UK. She has a track record for successful deal transactions.  Calle holds a Bachelor of Commerce and completed her Masters in Accountancy at the University of Manitoba.

  • Advised on the sale of the software business 3LOG to Trimble
  • Divestiture of Hexonet Services Inc and Hexonet GmbH. to CentralNic Group PLC
  • Advised on the sale of Phase Technologies to PAC, a subsidiary of Roper Technologies
  • Negotiated the merger of AllWest Insurance and Highland West Partners
  • Advised on the sale of Diacon Technologies to a confidential strategic party
  • Provided advice on the sale of Toptable Group’s five restaurants to the Acquilini Group
  • Advised on the sale of Que Pasa Mexican Foods to Nature’s Path
  • Negotiated the sale of North American Tea & Coffee to Torquest Partners and Associated Brands
  • Advise on the divestiture of Ubiquity Bank of Canada to Western Financial Group
  • Acquisition of Mainframe by Rainmaker Income Fund
  • Divesture of the family poultry business GW Padley Holdings to OSI International based in the US
  • Sale of Orchard House Foods, a fresh juice and fruit business, to Wellness Foods
  • Acquisition advice to the Weston family’s Associated British Foods plc
  • Disposal of the non-core brands Casilan and Complan for Heinz
