Andrew Nixon

Andrew leads the Operations team within PwCʼs Value Creation practice, part of the firmʼs Deals line of service. With more than 20 years of experience in operations advisory services, he specializes in value realization services across the deals lifecycle — helping clients convert operational improvements into measurable financial outcomes.

Andrewʼs engagements consistently generate favourable economic outcomes for clients with EBITDA and workinc capital improvements translating directly into enterprise value. Andrew has built his career on strong client relationships and spends the majority of his time working with repeat clients.

Andrew works with both private and public companies where operational efficiency and scalability are critical value drivers. His client base spans banks, corporate boards, business owners, private equity sponsors, and executive management teams, typically in environments characterized by complex manufacturing processes and multi-modal supply chains.

He has deep experience leading engagements across the full spectrum of corporate transaction scenarios — from rapid, pre-sale value realization programs to post-acquisition operational acceleration, restructuring mandates, and succession-driven transformations. His approach combines structured methodologies with hands-on, on-site execution, enabling clients to not only identify but implement and sustain measurable performance improvements tied to enterprise value.

Prior to joining PwC, Nixon spent 15 years at a boutique operations consulting firm where he provided implementation-based operational consulting to a broad range of industries, working primarily in Canada and the United States. This foundation, combined with international experience and formal business education, informs a practical, results-oriented advisory style grounded in financial rigour and operational depth.

He also brings a working knowledge of ERP systems, manufacturing software, and supply chain technology, which he leverages to drive technology-enabled efficiency gains.
