Adam Gulley

Adam Gulley is a Partner in PwC Canada’s Private Equity and Pension Funds team, focusing on alternative asset management advisory services and is based in Toronto.
Prior to joining PwC Canada, Adam held several senior operational and governance roles at a global buy-side private equity firm head quartered in London. Prior to this Adam lived in the Channel Islands and the London and was part of PwC’s Asset Management teams focusing on assurance and advisory services for alternative asset managers and UHNW family offices as well as offshore trust and corporate entities. Adam’s experience covers multiple asset classes and structures including direct and fund of fund structures as well as financing and management incentive structures.
With experience across a variety of alternative asset management advisory roles, Adam specializes in private market and alternative asset management transformation. This covers all aspects of the investment manager’s value chain from formation and fund raising through investing, monitoring, management and realization.

Adam is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
