CIMA Diploma in Performance Management is a special CIMA program for business professionals of all backgrounds. There are no education or practical experience requirements to qualify for the program, therefore anyone interested in business performance can register to gain the Diploma.
The program is dedicated for business professionals interested in enhancing preformance of their organisation through management accounting.
This unique program gives you the chance to gain an internationally recognized CIMA Diploma upon passing only 2 exams (P1 and P2). It gives the opportunity to understand business performance processes through cost management and performance strategy. The program provides practical knowledge about management accounting and how to use it to provide short-term and long-term solutions to enhance business performance.
Additionally, graduates of the program have the possibility to convert to the standard CIMA qualification, starting at Management Case Study.

Astrid has over 20 years of experience in training in the field of finance and accounting. She is an expert on management accounting, financial and strategic management, having conducted over 11.000 hours of trainings and workshops in Poland and abroad. She has conducted courses preparing for CIMA, ACCA and CIA exams.
Astrid has been presented with the 2019 CIMA Excellence Award for Best Practice as a Management Accountant Tutor
Steve Willis, ACCA
A lecturer and expert in finance and accounting, with over 15 years of experience in delivering training in Europe, Asia and the Middle East. Steve specializes in trainings in the field of managing performance, finance and management accounting. He conducts training under PwC on a variety of topics, including preparatory classess for CIMA and ACCA qualifications.
